Consumer Returns Policy: Urban Wave Company has always stood behind our products. This pledge applies to any products purchased on our website.
Returns/Replacements Any damaged or incorrectly shipped merchandise can be returned for a full refund or replacement. Defect or error must be brought to our attention within 10 days of receipt of product.
You have 30 days to return merchandise. Shipping cost is non-refundable. No return on costume items, and made to order Littlearth products.
20 percent re-stocking fee for all orders sent back without a authorization code.
International orders must pay for all shipping cost on return merchanside.
In order for the refund or replacement to occur, we will:
Send a return services label to you through the mail or via email. Attach this mail label to the package the order arrived in (or comparable packaging) and ship back to us at no charge to you. When we receive your order back, a credit for the merchandise will be issued to your card. If the merchandise is going to be switched for new merchandise, a new order will be placed in the system and the order will be sent out within 5 business days. Your card will be charged for the new merchandise (after we credit your card for the returned merchandise) and shipping will be free. If you do not want to wait to receive any replacement merchandise:
We can enter the order up front and charge your card, and Issue the refund when the original merchandise is received. Return for size/style- call 1-619-894-2251 to be issued a Return Authorization number. We will put a new order into the system with the new size or style and charge your card. Send the merchandise back to us and we will refund your card for the merchandise ONLY on the original order. You are responsible for all shipping charges
